Kính gửi các thành viên Nhóm công tác về dân tộc thiểu số

Hướng tới kỷ niệm Ngày nhân quyền 10/12 hàng năm, đặc biệt là
trong năm 2013 mang đầy dấu ấn của phong trào quyền con người
trên thế giới và Việt Nam, các mạng lưới các tổ chức xã hội
dân sự tổ chức ngày hội TÔI TỰ DO nhằm tôn vinh những giá trị
của quyền con người và đưa thông tin - kiến thức tới công
chúng quan tâm.<br>

Ban tổ chức trân trọng kính mời Ông/ Bà tới tham dự Ngày hội
Tôi Tự Do, để cùng tái hiện những dấu mốc lịch sử về nhân
quyền trên thế giới và Việt Nam và cùng tham gia những hoạt
động, trò chơi thú vị và đầy ý nghĩa về chủ đề Quyền con

<span class="hps">Vietnam</span><span>,</span> <span
class="hps">the</span> <span class="hps">network of</span>
<span class="hps">civil society</span> <span class="hps">organizations
is </span><span class="hps">organizing a</span> <span
class="hps">Festival Day</span> "<span class="hps">I AM
FREE"</span> <span class="hps">to honor </span><span
class="hps">values</span> <span class="hps">​​of</span>
<span class="hps">human rights</span> <span class="hps">and
provide</span> <span class="hps">information</span> <span
class="hps">-</span> <span class="hps">knowledge</span>
for the interested<span class="hps"></span><span
