người trong cuộc, mà còn là
cơ hội để người dân phát triển năng lực tìm hiểu, phản
biện và tìm giải pháp
cho những vấn đề của cộng đồng, đồng thời nâng cao
tiếng nói và vị thế của họ
trong các hoạt động truyền thông và vận động chính
sách.</span></p>
