          you may know the government is currently undertaking a review
          on implementation of decision 535 (which aims to address
          Concluding observations of the UN Committee on child rights)
          in preparation of upcoming CRC report, the child rights
          working group has been working on M&amp;E indicators which are
          used for monitoring the implementation of this decision.<br>

            proposed indicators and implementation progress would be
            highly appreciated in order for us to enrich our independent
            views on government’s progress towards implementation of
            concluding observations. Attached please find attached both
            English and Vietnamese version of government’s action and
            our proposed M&amp;E indicators.<br>

            Please let us know your inputs to these additional columns
            by 30 July. It's highly appreciated that you send your
            comments/inputs  to the Task Force of Child Rights Working
