I am seeking your assistance to circulate the attached file to all LWG members. As said in the LWG meeting yesterday, we are interested in capturing the picture of UXO assistance to Vietnam. This exercise is to help us and all other stakeholders (donors, NGOs, and Vietnam agencies) be aware of what and where international assistance for Vietnam mine action program has been allocated.
