Dear all,





CRS is looking for  consultant to design and develop an interactive educational application for MRE with detailed requirements in the attached SOW


REQUIREMENTS

*   The application should be designed and developed in a form of interactive educational game with CRS' approved story-line.
*   The story-line needs to be reviewed/ approved by CRS before the actual development of App
*   The application should be 30-60 minute narrated, interactive, media-rich (pictures, sound, animation, and texts)
*   The application will be able to be installed in mobile devices and personal computers and run in Android, iOS and Windows operating systems, and run offline
*   The application should be user-friendly and appropriately designed for both boys and girls
*   The application should include three levels of MRE knowledge (from easy to difficult)
*   The application should capture some basic information (name, age, and sex) at the beginning of the game
*   The application will be uploaded to App Store of iOS and Google Play or Android Play Store.
*   The application should integrate Google Analytics. That would help CRS to get analytics information around it (e.g., where are children facing difficulties, which levels are they getting dropped-out, the ratio of male vs female participants and engagement rates)
*   The selected consultant/consulting firm will facilitate a training to provide guidance on application installation and use in personal computers for Information Technology teachers at primary school level in Quang Tri
*   CRS shall own any data, creative works and/or inventions created, gathered, discovered, obtained or developed by the instructional designer.
*   All source files, graphics, and audio delivered to CRS at the close of the project.

Applications should include:


*   5 years of senior professional experience in application design and development, especially in education sector
*   Demonstrated expertise in mapping/outlining learning architecture critical to increase knowledge of users
*   Demonstrated knowledge of cost-effective, flexible learning tools and instructional media
*   Strong communication skills, both oral and written
