[Ngo-lwg] Call for LWG members inputs to the Draft version of 2018 Annual LWG report

Dear LWG members,

On annual basis, the NGO Resource Center (NGORC) will ask for the annual
report of its member working groups. The reports, in both Vietnamese and
English versions, will be distributed at the Vietnam Development Forum
early December.

IC and MAG have drafted the attached annual report of the LWG, following
the template provided by the NGORC.

Beside the general background information of LWG, the 2018 report provides
brief updates on progress of major activities implemented by the national
mine action authority such as development of the Government Decree on
Management of Mine Action, the operation of Mine Action Partnership Group
(MAPG), development of the national tracking system on PWD including ERW
victims etc. New projects and donors to mine action in Vietnam have also
been included.

We'd like to circulate this draft to LWG member organizations, and kindly
ask you to:

(1) Review and make additional inputs and/or comments to the report by
Friday 23 November.
(2) Provide photos which could be inserted into the report. Non -agency
specific photos are preferable.
