[Ngo-lwg] LWG meeting - 14 May 2021 (AM)

Dear Colleagues and Partners,

Referring to the upcoming LWG meeting in Friday morning (8:30AM), 14 May 2021 at PACCOM Office in Hanoi, due to negative covid situation in these days, we are regretted to inform you all that the in-person meeting will be cancelled. Instead, online meeting will be held at the same schedule. This is to response to the local authorities' request to prevent the risk of covid spreading and ensure safety for all participants.

We will soon send you details for the connection of the meeting.

I would like to give you all a head-up of the LWG meeting, scheduled in the morning of 14 May 2021 in Hanoi (at PACCOM's meeting room).

Please find attached tentative agenda for your information. The Co-Chairs (Nils and Helene) will send out further instruction in a separate email. (I also attached the most updated list of contacts from LWG members as of 31 March 2021).

Please confirm your attendance (online or offline) with me for logistic coordination by 9 May 2021.
