được tóm tắt như sau: K’pa Y Kun và K’pa Y Dung nhặt được một kíp nổ được gắn với một dây cháy chậm. Hai em mang nhét kíp nổ vào ống xả của xe máy và đốt dây cháy chậm. Kíp nổ phát nổ, phá toạc ống xả xe máy làm K’pa Y Kun bị chết và K’pa Y Dung bị thương.
Khu vực này có công trình thủy điện đang thi công.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

</span><span style="color:#1F497D">CPI staff have contacted local government where the accident happened. Via a telephone conversation Mr. K’pa Thinh, chairman of Suoi Trai CPC, told us that the commune’s police have done their investigation and the accident
happening can be briefly described as follow: K’pa Y Kun and K’pa Y Thinh found a detonator attached to a time fuse. They inserted the detonator into the exhaust pipe of their motorbike and lit the other end of the time fuse. The detonator exploded, broke
open the exhaust pipe killing Y Kun and injured Y Dung. There is a hydro-electric plant being built in the area.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">According to the article, an accident happened at noon time on February 22<sup>nd</sup>, 2014 in Thong Nhat village, Suoi Trai commune, Son Hoa district, Phu Yen province that killed a 15 year-old boy and injured another 18 year-old.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">K’pa Y Kun, 15, brought a metal object to the house of K’pa Y Dung, 18, to get some scrap metal out of it. The warhead exploded while they were in the middle of the process. Y Kun was killed on spot; while Y Dung lost his left hand by the
wrist; two fingers on the right hand and his face were also injured. He is being treated at the Phu Yen general hospital.<o:p></o:p></p>
