Dear Ethnic Minority Development Practitioners,
Having taken part in the development process of the whole country, 
ethnic minority communities in Vietnam are facing many challenges 
inpreserving their cultural identityas well as taking on new 
opportunities generated by the country. Respect for cultural diversity 
is important for Vietnam's sustainable development process. In order to 
strengthen the rights of ethnic minorities in cultural diversity and to 
follow up the EMWG workshop on Culture Diversity in Development programs 
in Ethnic Minority communities held in August, 2012, the EMWG would like 
to invite you totwo important eventstaking place on _*November 23rd, 
2012 at L'Opera Hotel, 29 Trang Tien, Hanoi*_:
     1. A sharing on Research Findings*"Respect Culture Diversity of 
Ethnic **M**inorities - Policies, Reality and Impacts"* by iSEE, one of 
EMWG core members, from 14:00-16:30
     2. A book launching event, *"My Culture"* will take place from 
16:30-18:00.
