Dear development practitioners,

The Department of Cooperatives and Rural Development, MARD is planning a
forum on poverty reduction models late August or in September to review,
evaluate and synthesise best practices on poverty reduction models
implemented over the past years (including models initiated by local
authorities, NGOs and development partners).
Specifically, the forum will share and learn best practices of
livelihood generation approaches, their replication and provide policy
recommendations and manual development to the Vietnamese Government.

As development organizations working in Vietnam over the past years, I
know that you have been implementing many projects on poverty reduction.
This is a good opportunity for you to share your best practices of
livelihood generation.

For further information about the forum's contents, please find the
attached file.

For any direct response, you can contact Mr. Ta Huu Nghia, Director of
Poverty Reduction and Rural Social Security Division, the Department of
Cooperatives and Rural Development, MARD via his email:
nghiaktht at gmail.com or mobile: 0912 554 806

Best regards,
Hoa Nguyen
