Dear development practitioners,

This is a gentle reminder of a *RAPID NEED ASSESSMENT* on the
Pride-based Approach. Please see detailed information in the text below

(followed by Vietnamese version)

After the successful workshop on “Empowerment of ethnic minority
communities in development projects” held by the Ethnic Minorities
Working Group (EMWG), April, 2013, the EMWG synthesized participants’
recommendations to do the follow-ups. Most of them suggested EMWG to
conduct further trainings on each of the approaches /(you can see the
approaches again via:
http://www.ngocentre.org.vn/pub/presentations-emwg-workshop-empowerment-ethnic-minority-communities-development-programs).
/

Currently, EMWG core group members are planning for a series of training
on the theories and application of the approaches, starting with the
‘PRIDE-BASED’ approach that is well-employed by the The Institute for
Studies of Society, Economy and Environment (iSEE).

EMWG would like to invite you to a rapid need assessment on the ideas
and setting up of this training series. Please kindly spend some minutes
filling in the short questionnaire directed from this link:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/pridebase
<https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/pridebase>

It would be appreciated if you *SHARE* this information with your
colleagues.

All the answers should be sent back to us by *12th July, 2013.*

Thank you for your time,

Best regards,

Hoa Nguyen

EMWG coordinator

======================

<http://www.ngocentre.org.vn/pub/presentations-emwg-workshop-empowerment-ethnic-minority-communities-development-programs>/)/
