[Ngo-sanrm] In Vietnam, genetically modified crops set to get official green light

Members of the SANRM Working Group will find this new development in VN
government policy of interest.  Though the scientific evidence remains
incomplete and results so far are causing concern regarding human and
animal health, the government is moving forward to legalize introduction of
GM seeds and crops in Viet Nam.
