VECO Vietnam is pleased to share a short case study on the habits, concerns and preferences of vegetables consumers in Hanoi.
The document outlines the main findings from VECO Vietnam’s baseline study for the Safe and Organic Food Finder (SOFF) project (http://soff.asia) . It provides information on a wide range of issues such as the main motivations and obstacles to safe and organic food consumption, consumers' willingness to pay more for safe and organic vegetables, and their preferred shopping places for vegetables in Hanoi.
