You might be aware that projects and programmes rarely underperform as a direct result of external conditions. The two most common reasons for failure are poor planning or because the management does not take timely corrective action in the event of a deviance from planned events. Proper information flow is crucial for timely decision-making and that requires systematic collection and circulation of relevant, sufficient, timely and accurate information.
