Part of the work of leaders is to create a positive culture, an environment in which the potential of their people is more likely to be directed toward the organization's purpose.
In this work session we will look at how to find out more about your own organization's culture, and the influences that have contributed to things being the way they are. Learn about 3 tools of leadership to encourage positive change and hear how large and small organizations have used this approach effectively.
