Thư mời tham dự: Chương trình xúc tiến thương mại các sản phẩm nông sản 2018
**Hãy cùng chung tay thúc đẩy sáng kiến kinh doanh cùng người có thu nhập thấp tại Việt Nam **
Chương trình Thúc đẩy Doanh nghiệp IBA Việt Nam kính mời ứng viên quan tâm nộp Đơn đăng ký tham gia Chương trình xúc tiến thương mại các sản phẩm nông sản của các doanh nghiệp kinh doanh cùng người có thu nhập thấp tại Việt Nam.

Chương trình IBA Việt Nam hiện đang tìm kiếm tối thiểu năm (5) mô hình kinh doanh nông nghiệp cùng người có thu nhập thấp, tham gia đối ứng cho các hoạt động sau:
Phát triển kinh doanh (BD)
IBA sẽ hỗ trợ toàn bộ chi phí phát triển kinh doanh được thực hiện bởi đội ngũ cán bộ của Chương trình, trong đó bao gồm hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho việc chuẩn bị và quá trình tương tác B2B giữa đối tác của Chương trình IBA Việt Nam và các tác nhân kênh MT, và các hỗ trợ khác cho tới khi hợp đồng tiêu thụ đã được ký kết giữa các đơn vị bán lẻ và đối tác của Chương trình IBA Việt Nam. Đối tác của Chương trình IBA Việt Nam được khuyến khích cùng tham gia với cán bộ của Chương trình trong các hoạt động phát triển kinh doanh. Đối tác tự trang trải toàn bộ chi phí của phía đối tác trong quá trình này (bao gồm các chi phí đi lại để tham dự họp cùng các đối tác kênh MT tiềm năng).
Chương trình xúc tiến thương mại
Chương trình IBA Việt Nam sẽ hỗ trợ toàn bộ các chi phí sau:

-      Phát triển ý tưởng quảng bá

-      Tuyển chọn và tập huấn đội ngũ nhân viên tiếp thị

-      Toàn bộ chi phí thiết kế và in ấn sản phẩm tiếp thị tại điểm bán lẻ của chương trình (không có thiết kế riêng cho từng sản phẩm)

-      Chi phí lưu trữ và xếp dỡ sản phẩm ăn thử

-      Chi phí tiếp thị tại điểm bán lẻ (bao gồm nguyên vật liệu hỗ trợ hoạt động ăn thử, tiếp thị, chi phí nhân viên tiếp thị, hỗ trợ bán hàng, và phí thuê địa điểm tiếp thị, nếu có)
Đối tác của Chương trình sẽ có trách nhiệm đối ứng các chi phí sau:

-      10,000,000 VND chi phí khởi động Chương trình xúc tiến thương mại tại các điểm bán lẻ sau khi hợp đồng các đơn vị bán lẻ tại Hà Nội và TP. Hồ Chí Minh được ký kết;

-      10% doanh thu bán hàng tại các địa điểm bán lẻ trong suốt thời gian triển khai các hoạt động tiếp thị, tương ứng với chi phí kinh doanh & tiếp thị

-      Toàn bộ sản phẩm mẫu và sản phẩm ăn thử (nếu có) cho hoạt động phát triển kinh doanh và chương trình xúc tiến thương mại

-      Chi phí trưng bày đặc biệt khác, nếu đối tác có nhu cầu

-      Các chi phí khác ngoài các chi phí được Chương trình IBA hỗ trợ kể trên
Chương trình IBA Việt Nam sẽ không hỗ trợ chi phí kinh doanh giữa đối tác của Chương trình và đối tác kênh MT, như chi phí ký kết hợp đồng, đóng gói, vận chuyển sản phẩm tới cửa hàng/điểm bán lẻ và các chi phí logistics khác.
Sản phẩm:
Sản phẩm tươi sống (rau, trái cây, v.v…), sản phẩm đã qua chế biến, đông lạnh như rau/quả sấy, nước hoa quả, hạt, trà, thịt đóng gói/đông lạnh, hạt giống. Chương trình sẽ ưu tiên các sản phẩm đặc sản vùng miền chưa được phân phối tại các kênh MT.

Ứng viên quan tâm và đáp ứng đầy đủ các tiêu chí hợp lệ cần hoàn thành mẫu Đơn đăng ký tham gia trong Phụ lục 1 (trong file đính kèm). Call for Expression of Interest: Promotion Campaign for Vietnamese agricultural products
**Join Us to Accelerate Innovative Inclusive Business in Vietnam**

IBA Vietnam invites interested parties to apply for promotion campaign of Vietnamese agricultural products on a cost sharing basis for inclusive businesses in Vietnam.

IBA is looking to select at least five (5) inclusive agribusinesses for co-financing with the following activities:
Business Development
IBA will bear all costs relating to the business development costs conducted by IBA staff, which includes technical assistance for preparatory work and facilitation for B2B interactions between IBA selected partners with modern trade actors and subsequent support for follow-up upon conclusion of the same until the supplying contract has been signed between modern retailers and IBA selected partners. IBA selected partners are warmly welcome to join BD activities with IBA advisors at its costs and expenses during the BD phases (including joining the approach meetings with potential MT partners)
Promotion Campaign
The IBA will bear costs and expenses as following:

-      Promotion concept development

-      Recruitment and training for promotion team

-      Designing and printing costs of all POS marketing materials of the campaign (not customized per product)

-      Sampling products storing and handling costs

-      Marketing expenses at point of sales (including promotion/sampling materials, PG cost and venue fee)
The selected partners will be responsible for contributing:

-      VND 10 million as initial investment for the Sales Promotion Campaign at selected POS based on successfully contracted retail accounts in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City markets;

-      10% of sales revenues at the point of sales during the promotion period for the operation of the promotion activities as Sales & Marketing expense

-      All sample and sampling products for BD activities and promotion campaign

-      Expenses for special display area if required by the partners

-      Any other special services needed
IBA will not finance the costs and expenses related to business operation between IBA selected partners and MT partners, such as contract signing, product packaging, transportation and delivery cost to the stores/POS and any other logistic cost.
Products:
Fresh produces (fresh vegetables, fruit…), pre-processed and frozen products such as dried fruit/vegetables, juices, nuts, tea, packed/frozen meat, seeds. Product priorities are given to local specialities, products that have label/brand and are not available at MT channel yet.
