<p><font size="2" face="Times New Roman">This session will focus on offshore marine resources, primarily seabed mineral deposits and fisheries.</font><font size="2" face="Times New Roman"><b> </b></font><font size="2" face="Times New Roman">Using examples of innovative initiatives, in particular from the Pacific Islands countries, delivered by experienced professionals in an interactive setting, participants will understand some of the most promising opportunities for equitable and sustainable marine resource use and the regulatory frameworks that provide the optimal environments for effective governance and the role of the World Bank in helping its clients realize these objectives.</font><br>
