part</span> in the development process of the whole country,
ethnic minority communities in Vietnam are facing many
challenges in<span style="" lang="EN-US"> preserving their</span> cultural identity<span style="" lang="EN-US"> a</span>s well
as taking on new opportunities generated by the country.
Respect for cultur<span style="" lang="EN-US">al</span> diversity is important for Vietnam's

strengthen the rights of ethnic minorities in cultural
diversity and t</span>o follow up the EMWG workshop on
Culture Diversity in Development programs in Ethnic <span style="" lang="EN-US">M</span>inority
