            lang="EN-US">al</span> diversity is important for Vietnam's
          sustainable development process. <span

            strengthen the rights of ethnic minorities in cultural
            diversity and t</span>o follow up the EMWG workshop on
          Culture Diversity in Development programs in Ethnic <span
            style="mso-ansi-language:EN-US" lang="EN-US">M</span>inority
