<p style="TEXT-JUSTIFY:inter-ideograph;TEXT-ALIGN:justify;LINE-HEIGHT:15pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="FONT-FAMILY:Arial;FONT-SIZE:11pt"><span></span>The pro-active involvement of communities in the implementation of projects plays an extremely important role in creating transparency, bringing more benefits to themselves and greatly contributing to the sustainability of the projects. Local NGOs and INGOs working in Vietnam have their projects implemented across the country with the vastness of experiences in consulting with people and empowering them in their project implementation. In order to generalize those experiences, the EMWG is going to organize a <b><i>Workshop on effective community involvement of ethnic minorities in program development and implementation. </i></b></span><i><span style="FONT-FAMILY:Arial;FONT-SIZE:11pt" lang="EN-US"><u></u><u></u></span></i></p>
