minority communities in development projects” held by the Ethnic Minorities
Working Group (EMWG), April, 2013, the EMWG synthesized participants’
recommendations to do the follow-ups. Most of them suggested EMWG to conduct
further trainings on each of the approaches <i style>(you
can see the approaches again via: <a href="http://www.ngocentre.org.vn/pub/presentations-emwg-workshop-empowerment-ethnic-minority-communities-development-programs">http://www.ngocentre.org.vn/pub/presentations-emwg-workshop-empowerment-ethnic-minority-communities-development-programs</a>). </i><br>
</p><p class="">Currently, EMWG core group members are planning
for a series of training on the theories and application of the approaches,
starting with the ‘PRIDE-BASED’ approach that is well-employed by the The
Institute for Studies of Society, Economy and Environment (iSEE). <br>

thành công của hội thảo “Tăng cường sự tham gia của cộng đồng dân tộc thiểu số
vào các dự án phát triển” do Nhóm làm việc về dân tộc thiểu số (EMWG) tổ chức
vào tháng 4 năm 2013, tổng kết các kiến nghị từ thành viên tham gia hội thảo,
có nhiều ý kiến mong muốn các phương pháp tiếp cận được phổ biến, nhân rộng đến
nhiều tổ chức. </span></p><p class=""><span style="font-size:11pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">EMWG hiện đang lên kế hoạch tổ chức series tập huấn về lý thuyết
và kỹ năng ứng dụng của các phương pháp tiếp cận đã được áp dụng thành công
trong các dự án phát triển. <br></span></p><p class=""><span style="font-size:11pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">EMWG sẽ bắt đầu bằng tập huấn về phương pháp tiến cận
dựa trên niềm tự hào (Pribe-based approach), đã được Viện Nghiên cứu Xã hội,
Kinh tế và Môi trường (iSEE) áp dụng thành công. <br>
</span></p><p class=""><span style="font-size:11pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">Với series hoạt động này, EMWG mong muốn bổ sung kiến thức về phương pháp làm
việc mới cho các cán bộ, nhân viên của cơ quan/tổ chức làm việc với người dân tộc
thiểu số nói riêng và với các nhóm yếu thế nói chung, nhằm mang lại những ý tưởng
mới, nâng cao hiệu quả, thành công cho các dự án phát triển. <br>
</span></p><p class=""><span style="font-size:11pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">Trước khi xây dựng kế hoạch cụ thể cho series tập huấn này, EMWG muốn thực hiện
một đánh giá nhanh nhu cầu và khả năng tham gia của cán bộ và nhân viên từ các
cơ quan và tổ chức phát triển. <br>
