A delegation of state-level leaders from Vietnam were in Oskaloosa Monday to gain some agricultural insight.<br><br>
Bob Wells, who deals with agricultural economics and farm management at
Mahaska County ISU Extension, helped host the delegates’ visit.<br><br>
Wells said part of the motivation for Monday’s visit was for the
delegation to learn how ISU Extension operates within the United States.
He noted that ISU Extension educates farmers, service providers and the
general public. Obviously, one of these areas is farm management.<br><br>
Learning about Genetically Modified Organisms was also part of the
