let me greet all of you a great and prosperous 2014! And
secondly, allow me to share with you some thoughts to begin
the year for the SANRM Working Group. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span
style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:black">It
has been almost two-and-a-half years since the WG was revived
on 05 August 2011. I think that it is the right time to pause,
reflect and take stock of our experience as a WG. Toward this
end, I propose that our meeting next week on Jan 17,
9:30-11:30am will be devoted to the following main agenda
items: (1) Review of TOR for SANRM WG, and (2) Review of
current structure and management. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:black"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span
style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:black">In
order to tackle the two agenda successfully, we will need the
active participation and presence of the WG members,
therefore, I urge you all to attend this important meeting. To
equip us with some background information, I have attached the
Annual Reports for 2011, 2012 and 2013.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
