The Asian Management and Development Institute (AMDI) implemented
the USAID Mekong Adaptation and Resilience to Climate Change Project
in Kien Giang Province over 2014-2016. AMDI presented final Project
results at the SANRM-WG meeting in Hanoi in March. This presentation
shared ‘up-scaling’ approaches and success in working with MARD. For
example, how the Project’s small 56 ha rice-shrimp farming pilot can
result in improved Government policy for sustainable rice-shrimp
farming over 250,000 ha across 5 Mekong Delta provinces.<br>
