Greetings from Oxfam,

 

Oxfam has been working in Vietnam since the late 1980s. Oxfam Hong Kong (OHK) is one of the implementing affiliates in Vietnam. 

 

Oxfam Hong Kong is now looking for a Consultant Team to evaluate its current program management approaches and existing systems in order to formulate recommendations and propose changes for the new program strategy.

 

Please refer to the attached TOR for further details and application requirements. 

 

Interested consultants are required to submit proposals to recruitment at ohk.org.vn by COB 15 December, 2012. The Expression of Interest should include detailed planning of activities, detailed budget estimation, time plan, responsibility and working days of each team member, full CVs of each team member and proposed structure of final report. The Expression of Interest should also highlight relevant prior experiences in relation to such evaluation. Consultant(s) might be invited to discuss their Expression of Interest during the selection process.
