You are cordially invited to  the: 'Review of Hyogo Framework for Action
Interim Report 2012 and the Launching of the Post-HFA consultation", to take
place on Friday 7th September 2012, from 8.15am to 5.15pm, in the UN
Conference Room, at 72 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Ha Noi.

 

Our apologies for the short notice in sending this invitation to you all!

 

During the course of the morning we will examine our progress on the
implementation of the Hyogo Frame Work for Action in order to finalize our
collective inputs into the Interim Report for the period 2011-2013. In the
afternoon we will launch our Post-HFA consultation. 

 

The meeting will be facilitated by the Disaster Management Centre of MARD,
UNISDR (Asia Pacific Regional Office, Bangkok) and UNDP.

 

Please find attached two documents for background reference and the Agenda
for the day.

 

We would be grateful if you would kindly confirm your participation to this
