with you. This year will feature guest speaker Mr. Jan Egeland, Human Rights
Watch, as explained on the website, click [1]here for further infomation. The
event will be held on Friday, October 5, 2012 from 15:00 hrs at Foreign
Correspondents' Club of Thailand. You are cordially invited to attend this

The lecture is held in memorial of ADPC’S founding father and
humanitarian, [2]Brian Ward (1932-2004). Brian Ward is well-known for his
contributions to disaster risk management in South and Southeast Asia.
