The SNV-VNFOREST project "Exploring mechanisms to conserve high biodiversity through REDD+: Piloting in Vietnam"-HB REDD+ project is looking for a group of international and national consultants to produce a Roadmap for the Development of Environmental and Social Safeguards for Vietnam. We would like to welcome you all applying for it. Attached are ToRs (Vietnamese and English) for your information. Deadline for submitting Letter of interest and CV is October 5, 2012.

Please help circulate these ToRs to those you know and feel suitable for the task.
