[Ngo Climate Change] Consultant recruitment for KAP surveys on DRR (CARE, Plan, Save the Children)

CARE in partnership with Plan and Save the Children is implementing the DIPECHO funded project “Joint partnership to support scale up of the National CBDRM program in Yen Bai, Bac Kan, Thanh Hoa, Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Tien Giang, Vietnam” from June 2012 to Nov 2013. The project team is looking for a consultant firm to conduct 3 KAP surveys (1 in each selected province).
