For all organizations interested in submitting a proposal in response to

questions received are currently available.  Please check the Q&A on

2_final.pdf or in the attached PDF file. 

 

Note that the proposals are due July 18, 2013 by 5 pm local Bangkok time. We
ask that proposals be submitted via mekonginfo at dai.com only. Proposals
received after this deadline may not be considered.
