Dear WOCAN Members,   

I am very pleased to announce the release of the Draft Women's Carbon
Standard and accompanying Program Guide for public and stakeholder comments.
The Women's Carbon Standard marks a world's first for creating a focused
social benefit for women in association with climate mitigation projects. I
welcome your thoughts and suggestions!
