UNDP Vietnam seeks 03 qualified individual national consultants for an
Assessment of potential GHG reduction in Railway Transportation.
 
The objective of the assignment is to undertake the MACC analyses for the
railway transport sector, alongside studies in the energy and agriculture,
and forestry sectors, to inform and provide evidence to policy makers and
planners to establish achievable initial GHG reduction targets under Viet
Nam's Green Growth Strategy and Green Growth Action Plan. 
 
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP
procurement regulations.
