The Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) Project: Capturing the synergies between
Mitigation, Adaptation and Food Security is looking for qualified
consultant(s) to undertake the CSA relevant institutions study in Vietnam as
per attached Terms of Reference.

Interested applicants should send the application, including consultant's
CVs, the proposal on study methods, estimated budget and schedule by 5:00pm
on October 10th, 2013 to the following addresses:
