Unfortunately, we have just received the announcement from our headquarter
about the delay launch of Office 365 for NGOs in Vietnam due to logistical
reasons.

We; therefore, like to inform you that our *Official Launch of Office 365
for NGOs in Vietnam will be postponed until middle of November 2013*.
