[Ngo Climate Change] The Vietnam Green Growth Action Plan - available for your comment & feedback!

Dear colleagues, 
 
You may recall that in late 2012, the Government of Vietnam officially
approved the Green Growth Strategy (VGGS) - a milestone of the country in
embarking upon a green restructure of its economic activities. After more
than a year in development, the draft of the National Action Plan on Green
Growth (GGAP) in the period 2012 - 2020 is now available for comment and
feedback. 
 
We would like to share with you the 5th draft of the GGAP as attached. Two
rounds of internal consultation is planned to take place before the end of
March 2014. Should you have any comment or idea on this important document,
please send back in writing to me via nga.htq at care.org.vn or to Ms. Thea
Konstantinidis via dorothea.konstantinidis at giz.de. Deadline for feedback is
15TH MARCH 2014.
