The United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) is pleased to
announce the release of a new video exploring the city of Hoi An where the
people show great resilience in their ability to cope with natural
disasters, specially flooding, which are exacerbated by climate change and
development. UN-Habitat has worked with the local government and other
stakeholders to assess the climate change vulnerabilities and develop an
eco-city strategic plan. This video falls under UN-Habitat's Cities and
