Dear Sir/Madam,
 
UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified International expert on Renewable Energy for
Phase III "Fossil Fuel Fiscal Policy research & dialogue".
 
The international expert will provide international contextual analysis and
backstop national research partners, in providing evidence for fiscal policy
scenarios to enable expansion of non-hydro renewable power generation and
consumption in Viet Nam, especially solar and wind power. 
 
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP
procurement regulations.
