Plan in Vietnam is implementing an ECHO funded Early Recovery Assistance to Typhoon and Flood Affected Children and their Families in Quang Binh province” with the aim of improving humanitarian situation of people affected by the typhoons in the Central Vietnam.

The project team is looking for a national consultant to conduct assessment of shelter practices and housing condition in Quang Binh province. Closing date to apply for this consultancy service: 6 June 2014. Please share the attached ToR to whom may concern.
