Dear Sir/ Madam,

Green Innovation and Development Centre (GreenID) is a member of the
Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA). GreenID aims
to promote green initiatives, towards sustainable energy development,
protection of environment and natural resources in the context of climate
change through research activities, implementation of specific model at
communities and contribute ideas to the process of policy establishment.

GreenID will hold a a workshop on “Promoting the development of renewable
energy and energy efficiency in Vietnam” on 21st November, 2014 in Windy
Hotel, Thong Phong Alley, Ton Duc Thang Street, Dong Da district,  Ha Noi.
This workshop aims to provide an overall picture of the current status of
renewable energy and energy efficiency development in Vietnam, share the
research results about barriers to the development of renewable energy and
energy efficiency in Vietnam, and collect opinions of experts and
participants about solutions to overcome these barriers.

For timely organization, the Organizing Commitee respectfully request that
