[Ngo Climate Change] Fwd: Workshop Invitation: “Sharing experience on the rights and responsibilities of ethnic minority communities in natural forest management”.

Center for Development of Community Initiative and Environment (C&E) along
with VUSTA (Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations) and
Vietnam Administration of Forestry are organizing a workshop: *“Sharing
experience on the rights and responsibilities of ethnic minority
communities in natural forest management”. *The workshop will be held on
October 24th 2014 in Hanoi. The workshop is sponsored by Rosa Luxemburg
Stiftung, Southeast Asia Office.

The organizing committee sincerely invites local provinces that have
effective community forest management models, local authorities,
organizations, and scientists working in related fields to contribute
presentations and participate in the conference. (please find the attached)

Trung tâm Phát triển Sáng kiến Cộng đồng và Môi trường (C&E) phối hợp với
Liên hiệp các Hội KHKT Việt Nam (VUSTA) và Tổng cục Lâm nghiệp tổ chức Hội
thảo *“Chia sẻ kinh nghiệm về quyền và trách nhiệm của cộng đồng dân tộc
thiểu số trong quản lý rừng tự nhiên”*, dự kiến trong 1/2 ngày, 24/10/2014
tại thành phố Hà Nội. Hội thảo do Viện Rosa Luxemburg Đức, văn phòng vùng
Đông Nam châu Á tài trợ.

Thay mặt Ban Tổ chức Hội thảo trân trọng kính mời các địa phương đã có mô
hình dự án quản lý rừng cộng đồng có hiệu quả, các cơ quan, các nhà khoa
học đã và đang nghiên cứu những vấn đề liên quan đến mục tiêu và nội dung
trên đây đóng góp báo cáo và tham dự hội thảo.Thông tin chi tiết được gửi
