[Ngo Climate Change] climate change and livelihood models workshop

Hi NGOs in Vietnam,

Due to the framework of the cooperation agreement signed between the Department of Meteorology, Hydrology and Climate Change (DMHCC)and 6 Non-governmental organizations (including the Center for Sustainable Rural Development (SRD), Centre for Marinelife Conservation and Community Development (MCD), PLAN Organizations in Vietnam(PLAN VN), Norwegian Church Aid Organization (NCA), the Netherlands Development Organization (SNV) and the organization Care International in Vietnam (CARE VN)) was signed on 20/10 / 2014.  The Agreement be signed on the study and evaluation the community-based climate change adaptation livelihood models, which have done by NGOs in Vietnam between 2009-2014, and also building criteria for measuring adaptive ability of livelihood models. Until now the consultant group is Drafting book “Climate change adaptive livelihood models: Criteria and good practice models”. Thus SNV and DMHCC cooperate to organizing the consultation workshop to comment for the book.

Time: on 25/08/2015 (8h30 – 16h30), at : Ha Noi Delight Hotel,  93A Doi Can, Ba Đình, Hà Nội.
