[Ngo Climate Change] consultancy opportunity for Final Evaluation at SNV

Dear colleagues,
We are looking for Consultant team to conduct the final evaluation for the project "Sowing the seeds of change: Community-based climate change mitigation through sustainable rice production" under the CBCCAG program funded by the Australian Department for Foreign Affairs & Trade - DFAT. The objectives of the final evaluation is to gain a better insight on (i) achievement of the project's objectives/outcomes and results in last implementation phases; (ii) SNV's approach and performance; (iii) lessons learns; and (iv) to provide inputs for the upcoming phase. The ToRs are attached for futher information.

Deadline for proposal submission is Tuesday, 8th Sep 2015.
