Dear Sir/Madam,

On behalf of the Ambassador of the Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam, H.E. Mr Bruno Angelet, I have the honour to invite you to an event titled "EU Climate Change Action in Vietnam" taking place on 20 November 2015 at Sheraton Hotel in Hanoi. This event is co-organised by the EU Delegation to Vietnam and the Embassies of Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and United Kingdom.

In this crucial period in the run up to the adoption of a new global climate agreement in Paris in December, this event aims at engaging with local stakeholders in both public and private sector on the different challenges and opportunities climate change poses for Vietnam and will also be an opportunity to highlight the contribution the European Union and its Member States are making to assist Vietnam in this endeavour.

Attached you will also find the agenda of the event for your reference. Please note that an official invitation letter will follow shortly by post.
