Dear my colleagues,

Thanks so much for your great contribution to this documentation, up to now we have received more than 20 case studies which are very interesting indeed. However, due to the fact that the number of cases related to community-based forestry/ agro-forestry and green &clean development are still limited compared to CBA initiatives, we would like to extend few day (until the end of this week, no later than 11th October 2015) for any missing case that you think it would be relevant to this work particularly in the 2 above groups (forestry & green/ clean development). I am resending the template so that you could kindly fill in and send back to us as soon as possible. Due to the very limited time, all the cases received after this week will hardly be added in the documentation.

Dear CCWG & DMWG members,

Thanks so much for your kind attendance and contribution to the 1st consultation meeting for the Community Based Climate Change Initiatives (CBCCI) documentation by CCWG. So far, we received many interesting case studies from many NGOs and I would like to take this opportunity invite you to the 2nd consultation meeting with below information:

Time: 1.30-5:00pm, Wednesday, 7th October 2015
Place: Skylark Hotel, 15 Phan Dinh Phung, Hanoi
Participants: CCWG members
Facilitators: Mr. Koos Neefjes

Tentative agenda:
1.       Discuss draft findings regarding all CBCCI cases
2.       Identify additional sources, information where needed
3.       Agree the primary lessons / messages arising from some or many CBCCI cases
4.       Agree on actions for the final stage of preparing the CCWG publication

Notes:
Participants are invited to bring their laptops, including any additional case-related materials re climate change work that their organisations have been doing over the past years
