[Ngo Climate Change] Looking for a speaker, public conference climate change COP 21 French Institute 16th December

Dear Climate Change Working Group, 

The Clean Energy and Sustainable Development lab (CleanED) of the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH, French/Vietnamese University, more details about our lab at : http://www.cleaned-usth.com ) organizes a public conference on "Political, business and governmental aspects of climate/energy policy in Vietnam after COP21" on Wednesday 16th December at the French Institute L'Espace. This event is part of the COP21 and climate change conference week organized by the French Embassy as a post-COP21 event and will be open to the press. 

We are looking for a speaker who is from the NGO community.
