Plan International is seeking for a consultant or group of consultant to carry out a Baselines and integrated pre-KAP survey under the Project ""Building resilience to natural hazards in Central Vietnam". This activity expects to carry out in January and finish early February 2016.

This Project was funded by the United States Agency for International Development's Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (USAID/OFDA), is working to increase resilience for vulnerable populations and local government authorities to natural hazard risks for reducing potential loss of life and assets due to extreme climate events. The approach of the National Community-Base Disaster Risk Management program and the initiative of safe school framework will be applied during the implementation of the project in 10 targeted communes of Quang Tri province.
