[Ngo Climate Change] GIZ's invitation for Expression of Interest

As a federal enterprise, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale 
Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH supports the German Government in achieving its 
objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable 
development. On behalf of the German Government, GIZ currently provides 
advisory services to the Government of Viet Nam in three priority areas: 
Vocational training, Environmental policy and sustainable use of natural 
resources, and Energy. For further information, please visit

GIZ Office Hanoi and the Integrated Coastal Management Programme (ICMP) 
are looking for a  qualified and experienced organization, NGO or 
consulting firm for the consultancy package “Support  Provincial DoLISAs 
to strengthen the inclusion of Climate Change related topics in Provincial 
Gender Action Plans in cooperation with the civil society ”. The main 
objective of this Consultancy is to support the provincial Departments of 
Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA) in Mekong Delta provinces to 
introduce aspects of climate change adaptation and mitigation in 
Provincial Gender Action Plans. 
Interested consulting firms/insitutions are invited to submit an 
Expression of Interest (EoI). Such EoI must be accompanied by evidence 
showing the competencies and expperiences of the firm/Institution in the 
related field.

The EoI must be submited in writing, latest by 15th March 2016 17:00 hrs, 
to the following address:

All EoI will then be evaluated and a shortlist will be prepared. 
Shortlisted firms will be invited to submit proposals on the basis of a 
more detailed Terms of Reference
