CARE is seeking a Senior Technical Advisor-Climate Change and Resilience Fundraiser, whose role will be part of the core team of the CRP and support the CARE confederation to access climate finance opportunities even where member offices may not have climate finance as a priority target. The STA will develop a Global Resource Mobilization Plan to generate resources for CARE's climate change and resilience work, including a mapping of key donors for CARE CCR work (including corporations, foundations and bilateral and multilateral institutions, inside and outside the USA).
