The American Red Cross - Viet Nam Delegation is seeking a consultant to conduct the final evaluation on the Project "Building Resilience to Natural Hazards in Central Vietnam" as below:

Project: Building Resilience to Natural Hazards in Central Vietnam

Dates:                   July to August 2018

Reporting to:     Country Representative, American Red Cross - Vietnam Delegation.
