[Ngo Climate Change] Researchers needed for developing a CBA Framework for FbF on drought in Vietnam

Dear Colleagues,

A consortium with FAO, UN Women and Save the Children is implementing a project on Forecast based Financing (FbF) for drought in Vietnam. This approach links climate forecasts to early warning and response, enabling communities and government to take early actions before a disaster strikes.

On behalf of the consortium, UN Women is looking for two consultants to develop a Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) Framework for FbF focusing on drought. These positions are:

  1.  Lead Researcher
  2.  Research Associate (Vietnamese only)
